Hello , Thank-you for this plugin . Where can I find 2.6 to download? I am embedding widgets with it but how can I stop one item from taking up more space than needed because right now an item can only be placed one under the next . The page may have one item that's only 100x100 and another that's 20x20 but each takes up the entire width of the site's page. I can see

Dear Hannadaddy Just upgraded to WP3.2 (wish now I hadn't) and the create new entry button no longer works. It's been pushed out of its area by a WP3.2 horizontal bar saying: 'Thank you for creating with Wordpress - Documentation - Freedoms - Feedback - Credits' In fact the create new entry button is now stuck on top of the words 'thank you for creating' and it is partially obscuring those same words. In turn those words are partially hiding the button as well. Obviously trying to click it achieves nothing as it doesn't work any more. I'm using Firefox 5. Any chance of a quick fix for this? I'm not too comfortable around wordpress yet and I'm loathe to try to hack my way through this and damage anything. Thank you for taking the time to read this. LuvPuppy

I am able to add my Amazon Widget Carousel code to the entries. I am able to add it to my posts and on my initial viewing the object displays properly. However, after a refresh it is reduced to a text link that goes to another page displaying a list. Any help would be appreciated. Hi, I'm using the plugin Custom Field Template, which allows me to have rich text custom field text areas, but my problem is that the Hana Code Insert shortcodes inserted into those custom fields are not being rendered. Any ideas? Thanks

I must have hit 'clear all entries' by accident and all my code entries are gone. Ouch! Those are a lot of work to replace, but I do have site backups. Is there a file somewhere that stores that data? If so, what's it called? If I can recover a single file with my entries in it rather than restore my whole site, that would be better. Thanks!

Hi, first of all: kudos for the Hana Code Insert Plugin. In our case, our members need to fill out professional details at registration, and since access over WiFi hotspots isn't always secure, we've decided to run all of the wp-admin backend over SSL (with a cert and static IP of course). It's not because of "commercial" trust but because of security, for both visiting members and yours truly. Functionally speaking, the Hana Code Insert Plugin doesn't protest running over SSL - it works perfectly fine. However, because of the calls to remote non-https assets (i.e. the WP Marketing / RSS icon within the widget) the browser protests, because of ye olde mixed content problem, as far as I can tell mostly due to the RSS widget of the plugin on the wp-admin main page. And calls to a https version of that same image fail, arguably because SSL isn't available (or simply blocked) on the WP Marketing site server. To be sure, this is the image that's giving me a bit of trouble: <img src="http://wpmarketing.org/image/wpmarketing_rss.png" alt="The WP Marketing RSS icon" title="The WP Marketing RSS icon" /> Of course it's trivial to solve it by downloading that image and putting it on the site, and then point to it with a webroot-relative pointer so as to switch to whichever protocol requires it, but I thought it'd be more polite to flag it here before hacking out something which may serve another purpose (e.g. metrics gathering, although I'm not sure if that's really useful in the main wp-admin settings page, all the more with the toggle to hide/show the widget there). So, I wonder if it's possible to address that either by serving such remote content on request via https, or drop the static assets in the plugin folder and pull them from there (with a sensible function i.e. to pick the right protocol) so as to avoid this little but pesky problem... Thanks in advance for looking into it (and helping to make the internet a better place!)

However, I do need to set the form action to a PHP script which will search a data base and then display the results on a page.

I love this plug-in it's great for adding extra code easily into posts. What I want to know is how to only show the hana code settings to the Admin. I hand off my wordpress sites to my clients and give them an editor login. The problem is, is that with the editor login the hana code settings still show up. I would like to make the settings only available to the admin. How would I do this? It be nice to see some user implementation to this in the future where the admin could choose what level of users could modify the hana code settings. Thanks.

hi, the button doesn't work anymore. I don't what i did wrong. just an update to 3.0.1 wordpress. i'm using standard editor or TinyMCE Advanced, and it's the same. but when the editor is on "html code", hana code button works (popup, etc)... However, the code insert is ok in my pages. Just the pop-up when you click on the button seems to be "off". the website is used by newbies. maybe can you help me ? thx Sam

Hi, First, thank you for this wonderful plugin, really useful. I have a little problem with it, though. I want to create an entry named exercitii culturism. I create the new entry with this name, I save it, but when I insert the code [hana-code-insert name='exercitii culturism' /] into a post, I receive this: [ hana-code-insert ] ''exercitii' is not found. If I use an one word entry name like [hana-code-insert name='excult' /], there's no problem, but when I use two words names, I get this error. How can I fix it? Thanx.

v2.2 (10/04/2009) : 1. PHP code content evaluation Some modification on PHP evaluation that you can use <code><?php</code> and <code>?></code> within the entry content for PHP evaluation. So, in the previous version, if you wanted PHP code output, you could not use <code><?php</code> and <code>?></code>. But now you can use them inside the entry item. Custom ShortCode Also extra feature for custom short code is added. You can define your own custom short code prefix and post fix. So you don't have to use <code>[hana-code-insert]</code> shortcode any more. If defined, custom short code format can be used instead of <code>[hana-code-insert name='Entry Name' /]</code>. For example, if you define <code>{{</code> for start indicator, <code>}}</code> for end indicator, you can use <code>{{Entry Name}}</code>. But beware, your new shortcode format may conflict with other plugins and cause one or more plugins to fail. There are some restrictions. <code>^</code> and <code>\</code> characters are not allowed. And start and end indicators should not be used part of entry name. HTML comment tag is a good candidate for the customs shortcodes indicators. (Start indicator <code></code>) In this way, even if the Hana Code Insert is disabled, these shortcodes will not show this way. I changed the name of our wordpress database and believe I made all the appropriate changes to the config files and database. Everything else on the site is working fine but for some reason Hana Code cannot see the entry's in the DB. I confirmed they are still intact in the wp_1_options table, but they will not load in the admin or work as desired. Any suggestions?

I really want to use this plugin because it allows the clickable link as required by Youtube TOS. I don't have that with JW Player that I'm using. I'd give you my website URL but it wouldn't do any good as I've deactivated the Hana FLV Plugin so my users can see my videos. When I tested the Hana FLV Plugin I kept getting a "200-stream not found" message. I know the URL is good. We have been using the Hana Code Insert plugin very happily for some time now but a few months ago we started experiencing an issue. Whenever we try to save changes by clicking the "update entries" button the browser spins for a bit before timing out and displaying a blank page for the plugin. We are however able to insert a new entry. My guess is the issue is related to file size. I attempted to increase the max file size in our php.ini file within the plugin folder with no luck. Any suggestion you can provide would be appreciated.
